A respected, growth-oriented law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Partner to join its Corporate practice in Miami. The Role
The attorney in this position will play a key role advising clients on a wide range of complex corporate transactions. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and collaborate with a highly regarded corporate team on matters that require strategic judgment and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage mergers & acquisitions and joint venture transactions

Advise clients on fundraising documentation and fund formation matters

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across multiple industries

Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on sophisticated deal work
Ideal Candidate Profile
-
6–15 years of corporate transactional experience gained at a law firm
-
Strong background in M&A, joint ventures, fundraising, and general corporate matters
-
JD from an accredited law school
-
Admitted to practice in Florida

Demonstrated ability to manage matters independently and contribute to business development

Polished communicator with strong client-service instincts
