A respected, growth-oriented law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate & Transactional Attorney to join its South Florida practice, with flexibility to be based in either Boca Raton or Miami.

This role is ideal for a senior-level attorney who enjoys advising sophisticated clients on complex corporate matters and wants to play a meaningful role in a collaborative, forward-moving practice.

The Opportunity

You will handle a broad range of corporate and transactional work, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions

• Entity formation and governance

• Commercial contracts and strategic transactions

• Ongoing advisory support to closely held businesses and entrepreneurs

Attorneys in this group work closely with clients, take ownership of matters, and are trusted with significant responsibility from day one.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of corporate and transactional experience gained at a law firm

• JD from an accredited law school

• Active Florida Bar admission (required)

• Strong academic background with excellent drafting and communication skills

• Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment

• Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
