A leading national firm is seeking a strong mid-level to senior litigation associate to join its growing California team. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of complex commercial disputes, with opportunities to support intellectual property litigation and labour and employment matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator seeking greater responsibility, career progression, and hands-on advocacy experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support complex commercial litigation matters from early strategy through to resolution.

• Draft high-quality motions, briefs and memoranda with strong analytical insight.

• Participate in depositions, court appearances and evidentiary hearings, including first or second chair opportunities where appropriate.

• Collaborate with partners and colleagues while also working independently on key workstreams.

• Engage with clients directly and contribute to case strategy development.

Who You Are:

• A litigator with 4–7 years of complex commercial litigation experience.

• Strong researcher and writer with excellent advocacy skills.

• Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing responsibilities with limited supervision.

• Judicial clerkship experience is an advantage.

• Member of the California Bar.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $275,000 – $355,000
Compensation is based on experience, with a full suite of benefits and opportunities for continued professional development.
