A top-tier Am Law 100 firm is seeking a motivated and well-qualified associate to join its nationally recognised Litigation and Disputes practice in Seattle. The role offers substantial responsibility across high-stakes matters involving financial services disputes, white collar criminal issues, corporate internal investigations, regulatory enforcement, and False Claims Act litigation. This is a strong platform for an associate seeking hands-on experience within a sophisticated and dynamic practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support internal investigations, regulatory enforcement matters, and white collar criminal defence.

  • Handle financial services disputes and related litigation across all phases of case development.

  • Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and investigative reports with precision and strong analytical insight.

  • Conduct legal research, manage discovery, and assist in preparing for trials and hearings.

  • Collaborate closely with senior lawyers on complex, cutting-edge matters for major corporate clients.

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to white collar, investigations, or financial services disputes.

  • Experience as a federal or state prosecutor or in federal criminal defence is highly advantageous.

  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills with excellent academic credentials.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing significant responsibility in fast-moving matters.

  • Team-focused with strong communication and client service skills.
