A leading national practice is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its Antitrust & Competition team. The group advises clients on high-stakes civil litigation, DOJ and FTC civil conduct investigations, and criminal antitrust enforcement matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work with experienced antitrust practitioners on complex and often industry-shaping matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil antitrust litigation in federal and state courts.

• Support responses to DOJ and FTC civil conduct investigations.

• Assist with criminal antitrust enforcement matters, including document collection, interviews, and advocacy.

• Conduct substantive legal research and draft motions, memoranda, and investigative submissions.

• Develop a nuanced understanding of antitrust theories, enforcement trends, and economic analysis.

Who You Are:

• 2–6 years of antitrust experience, with strong grounding in substantive antitrust law.

• Experience with enforcement agencies or prior DOJ/FTC service is highly advantageous.

• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills with strong academic credentials.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing competing priorities.

• Collaborative team player with sound judgement and strong communication skills.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $235,000 – $390,000 DOE
