Location: Phoenix, AZ
A well-regarded national law firm is seeking an associate to join its Commercial Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights practice in Phoenix. The team advises financial institutions, creditors, and businesses on a wide range of restructuring, insolvency, and litigation matters, offering exposure to complex commercial disputes and cross-practice collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in representing clients in commercial bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

Support creditor clients in enforcing rights and recovering secured and unsecured debts.

Draft pleadings, motions, and related filings in bankruptcy and commercial litigation proceedings.

Conduct in-depth legal research and contribute to case strategy development.

Collaborate with colleagues across commercial finance and litigation teams on multi-faceted matters.
Who You Are:

2–4 years of experience in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, restructuring, or commercial litigation.

Strong academic credentials and excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Proactive and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in developing a bankruptcy and restructuring practice.

Member of the Arizona Bar (or eligible for admission).
