Funds Associate Attorney – National Platform | Dynamic Fund Formation Practice
An elite national law firm is seeking a Funds Associate (3–5 years’ experience) to join its expanding financial services and capital markets team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly regarded practice advising private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds, as well as institutional investors participating in those funds. Salary $240k-$285k.
The Opportunity
This role offers exposure to all stages of the investment fund lifecycle — from formation and structuring through capital raising, operations, and compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with market-leading partners and sophisticated clients on complex, high-value transactions across a diverse range of industries. The position is open to candidates in multiple U.S. locations, including a fully remote option.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate will bring:

A strong foundation in corporate and securities law with direct fund formation experience.

Experience advising both fund sponsors and investors.

Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex matters efficiently.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

Admission to the bar (or eligibility to obtain admission) in the jurisdiction of practice.
