Corporate Finance Associate

A top-tier international law firm is actively seeking a Corporate Finance Associate (3rd–4th year) to join its Finance & Banking Practice Group in one of the following major markets: Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, or Atlanta.

Position Overview:

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced associate to work on sophisticated corporate finance and banking transactions, including:

• Acquisition financings

• Leveraged lending

• Syndicated credit facilities

• Private equity-related financings

You will gain exposure to national and cross-border transactions while collaborating with a dynamic and collegial team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3–4 years of focused corporate finance and banking experience
• Prior law firm experience in finance or banking practice groups
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of your chosen office

Compensation

Salary ranging between $225,000 –  $435,000
